Make sure you are on your phone and do 1 of the following options.

Option 1:
You’ve received an email from Surfside Poké with your Apple/Google Wallet pass. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Option 2:
Log in to your Surfside Poké profile to install your Apple/Google Wallet pass.

Every time you order in-store and scan your QR code, your points will be automatically added to your account. Alternatively, if you order via click and collect and checkout with your email affiliated with your Surfside Loyalty account, your points will be added.

You’ll receive 1 point for every €1 spent.

Your points will only expire if you haven’t visited us for one year. If you do visit within that year, your points will remain valid indefinitely.

It’s now easier than ever to access your QR code. When you open the contact portal webpage on your phone, tap the share arrow, scroll down and tap the ‘add to homescreen’ button. In this app, you can keep track of how far you are away from your next reward, find your vouchers, and update your settings.

1. Go to https://www.surfsidepoke.be/restaurants/
2. Select “Pick-Up” and choose the correct location.
3. Click on “Join our loyalty program.”
4. Select “Start without an account.”
5. Use the same email address you use for your loyalty account.

You will now be able to use your tier advantages and claim your rewards.

You can find this in the app or on your wallet pass.

Rewards can be redeemed based off the amount of live points you have in your account. For example, if you have 200 points you can redeem a free avocado portion to be added to your next order or you can save up to 400 points to redeem a free drink on your next order. Once you have redeemed your chosen reward, the points will be deducted from your live points. Tiers are based of how many points you have generated since being a Surfside Loyalty member regardless of how many live points you currently have. Once you reach a new tier, you’ll receive an email with your new perks.

After that, you’ll receive the ‘Let’s get to know you better’ form by email, which you’ll also need to complete. Once everything is done, you’ll receive your birthday voucher on the day of your birthday.

Birthday voucher only valid for customers who have visited once or more since signing up. Customer must sign up at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to ask for proof of date of birth.
